Lonas D. Overholt is the managing partner of the firm. Lonas was one of the founding shareholders who started the firm in 1996 as the successor firm to Gillespie & Sherrod, PC.
Bob was one of the founding shareholders who started the firm in 1996 as the successor firm to Gillespie & Sherrod, PC.
Karen E. Edwards is in charge of all audit and assurance services for our firm as well as all quality control aspects of our firm. Karen was one of the founding shareholders who started the firm in 1996 as the successor firm to Gillespie & Sherrod, PC.
Kimberly A McCall is a tax manager with the firm. Kim was one of the founding shareholders who started the firm in 1996 as the successor firm to Gillespie & Sherrod, PC.
Steven focuses on providing auditing and accounting services to the Firm’s clients.
Nick Meals is a Tax Associate with the firm with a strong background in public accounting and healthcare consulting. He joined IOB in 2017
Teresa J. Brinson is a senior staff accountant at IOB. She focuses on providing accounting and tax services as well as tax compliance services to the Firm’s clients. Teresa joined IOB in September 2007 upon relocation from Florida.
Pamela G. Brown is a staff accountant at IOB having joined us in June 2001. Pam has 30 years of experience with small business accounting services.
Mary E. Loveday is a staff accountant at IOB having joined us in 2007. Mary has 30 years of experience with small business accounting including many years with our predecessor firm Gillespie & Sherrod, PC.
Martha Pelfrey is a staff accountant at IOB having joined us in 2013. She has extensive experience with small business accounting services.
Laura Seery is a staff accountant at IOB having rejoined the Firm in September 2015. Laura focuses on providing accounting and payroll services to the Firm’s clients.
Ginger joined the firm in February of 2009. She also worked at IOB from 1998 to 2002 before leaving to spend more time with her two children. Ginger is in charge of our front desk. Once you experience her exemplary eagerness to take care of client needs, you’ll understand why.
Patricia Baker is one of the team of professional administrative assistants employed by IOB since 1992 in support of our accounting and paraprofessional teams. Patricia is one of the original team members for the founding shareholders who started this firm in 1996 and was a part of the successor firm Gillespie & Sherrod, PC. Patricia is in charge of coordinating and implementing the many technologies utilized at our firm.
Amber is new this fall to IOB. She is an Auditor and will be primarily focusing on providing auditing and assurance services to the Firm's clients. Prior to joining IOB, Amber was an auditor with Arkansas Legislative Audit.
Janet Rogers has joined the firm as an administrative assistant and processes the many documents and financial statements issued by our firm for our clients.
